Riley Woods is a residential site condominium project with 27 single family building sites. The developer of the project is Ace Builders and they will also be the contractor on each custom home.

 

Minimum construction requirements are as follows:

  • Each one story residence shall have at least 1,450 sq. ft. of floor area
  • Each one and one-half story residence shall have at least 1,100 sq. ft. on the first floor
  • Each bi-level residence shall have a minimum of 1,100 sq. ft of floor area on the upper level
  • Each tri-level residence shall have a minimum of 1,200 sq. ft. of floor area on the upper two levels
  • Each two-story residence shall have a minimum of 1,000 sq. ft. of floor area on the first floor.
