Saugatuck

The Saugatuck Public School District serves residents of the City of Saugatuck, the Village of Douglas, and portions of Saugatuck and Laketown Townships – approximately 5,500 people in all. Saugatuck Public Schools is a district of less than 1,000 students in grades preschool through 12. The district contains an elementary school (Douglas Elementary School) offering preschool through fifth grade, a middle school (Saugatuck Middle School), housing sixth through eighth grades, and a high school (Saugatuck High School), housing grades nine through twelve.
